If you puchase the clock card license, a new feature will be added: Backup/Restore.
Every time a timestamp is added or the app is opened the data is backuped to the
SD card.
To move to a new device will have to:
Open clockcard (or add a timestamp) once, while you have the key installed.
Copy the clockcard folder on you SD card from your old device to the new one.
Install the license key on the new device and (before you add any timestamps)
open clock card, in the menu go to "more->Backup/Restore" and restore the last date.
